Our Team
Tonya has held leadership roles with CPG, business services and SaaS companies. During her career she led financial management teams and contributed to numerous successful exits, capital raises and restructurings. Tonya has a keen understanding of operations, M&A, financial reporting and systems. Her career in investment banking began with Trident M&A Advisors, based in Dallas, helping clients prepare their business for the M&A process. As a result, Tonya has a well-developed network of investors, strategic buyers and acquirers.
Tonya earned Masters and BS degrees in Finance from the University of Denver. She is also an accomplished, published gourmet cook and is a frequent host of tasting events. Tonya lives in historic downtown Charleston.
Christopher has successfully built consumer brands that grew into attractive acquisition targets for strategic buyers including Jarden Brands, The Hoffmaster Group and American Greetings. He has also advised entrepreneurs and high growth start-ups including; Thrasio and Lovepop Cards. Most recently he worked with the NYC based investment bank, Hughes Klaiber, helping clients in gift, home, fashion, beauty, wellness and natural sustainable industries.
Christopher has an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business; a BS from Ball State University; and a CPA license (inactive). He serves as an ambassador for Room to Read, an international literacy organization and as an advisor for functional health and wellness organizations. Christopher resides in Carmel, IN.
